I absolutely love Wishing Tree Nursery and all the staff that work there. Especially Sally, Stephen, Laura and Rachel. They have always treated me and my daughters like family and they always go above and beyond for any requests that I go to them with. My eldest daughter who's 10 now went here until primary school and my youngest who's 2 goes here!! I would never choose a different nursery for my daughters. My youngest loves going here, she does lots of different activities and games everyday. I'm always kept up to date about what my daughter has been doing via hand-off at the door and by the app the nursery uses to add pictures of the activities they have been doing that day. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!!

I feel morally obligated to share my dreadful experience with Wishing Tree Nursery. Let's start with the basics: jam sandwiches. Yes, that's right, the culinary masterpiece offered as a staple meal for our children. While I understand the need for simplicity, the repeated appearance of this lackluster option reflects a blatant disregard for nutritional variety. Now, let's delve into the abyss of abysmal communication. Attempting to extract pertinent information from the management is akin to deciphering hieroglyphics blindfolded. Important inquiries are met with shrugged shoulders and vacant stares, leaving parents stranded in a sea of uncertainty. But wait, there's more! Brace yourself for the egregious display of dishonesty and financial exploitation. Wishing Tree operates on a deceitful scheme, penalizing parents utilizing funded childcare with exorbitant charges. The sheer audacity to charge £10.34 for an hour of funded childcare while offering the same service privately for £6.50 reeks of exploitation and deceit. And let's not forget the cherry on top of this calamitous cake: management incompetence. Questions are met with blank stares, and challenges are swiftly dismissed without so much as a hint of acknowledgment. It's as if they've mastered the art of evading accountability, preferring to bury their heads in the sand rather than address glaring issues. In conclusion, Wishing Tree is a veritable minefield of incompetence, deception, and apathy. Parents, beware: entrusting your child to this establishment is akin to playing Russian roulette with their well-being. Steer clear, lest you fall victim to their deceitful practices and culinary mediocrity.

Not a good nursery. Found it to be very dirty with old recycled furniture. The blankets the children sleep on look like they have not been washed in a while. The staff are very slow at replying to your enquiries but quick enough to be intouch regarding payment

I love this nursery , we all work as a wonderful family team to achieve the best standards for the children. The nursery has a happy vibe and children are settled and nurtured by all staff. I love the family feel and how we can all help each other to make the nursery such a wonderful, homely place
