A lovely, polite young man just helped my husband with his car tyre pressures. Nothing was too much trouble. He sorted out all four tyres. Sorry, don’t know his name but he had ginger hair. Think his manager should know how helpful and attentive he was. Thank you!
Not open at 8am on this current Friday. Hot food out on display with shutters closed.
Air machine out of order... again! This morning the air machine, yet again, successfully helped itself to my money but failed to dispense any air, despite there being no signage to suggest that it wasn't working. It's not so much the fact that it's now cost me a fair few quid over the occasions that it hasn't been working, more the aggro and expense of having to drive further to a place where there is a working machine and the fact that I can't rely on the one in Bingley to be working when I call to fill up with fuel.
I live in Bingley and therefore use this particular petrol station and shop quite frequently. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. There are 2 things that need addressing: 1) For some inexplicable reason the store doesn’t offer/do “Cash back”. 2) The store permits customers to do their shopping while leaving their car sat at the pump after they have filled up. I once waited so long for the owner of the car at the pump in front of me that I had to go into the store and enquire if the car had been abandoned, but no, the inconsiderate motorist was in the shop doing their shopping. Please get it sorted. Have a sign telling these people to pay for their fuel and then park up and go shopping, there are plenty of parking spaces.
I have always found the staff extremely friendly and witty which is uplifting, especially at 06.30 am in the morning! The station is always well presented, sufficiently stocked with M & S goodies. In fact this station is the one of the best I have been to. Yes petrol is slightly higher than a supermarket but by the time I drive to the nearest supermarket petrol station. I will have spent the difference.
