Stopped off on a tour. Very good coffee, nice and hot. Wonderful selection of homemade cakes. The Yorkshire curd is worth a try, very tasty. Very reasonable prices - definitely not a tourist trap! 😃 Also very dog friendly- they even have ice cream made especially for dogs
A welcome sight after walking from Saltaire upto the Bingley Five Rise Locks it is a very popular cafe! We visited on a sunny April Friday when it was pretty busy with walkers, cyclists, dog walkers and lots of families. The menu was extensive and very reasonably priced; it all looked fantastic with lots of yummy cakes, crisps, Icecream and chilled drinks in addition to the cooked food and sandwiches etc Dogs are welcome at the cafe and can even get doggy Icecream! Well worth a visit to sit inside, outside or back over the bridge to one of the benches.
A great place to stop off while on a walk or cycle along the canal. Seating indoor and out. We were lucky to be there on a sunny day in April, and so sat outside. The food and drinks were served in good time by friendly staff. Beware, there is a cut off time of 2pm for hot food. We had to settle for sandwiches. Which were filling enough anyway.
Gorgeous little place had everything we needed. Dog friendly too. Lovely staff. Great food freshly made. Good selection of drinks & cakes, we had Manchester tart, delicious.
