I can't rate as the food didn't arrive....although it did arrive somewhere...but not at my address!! Phone calls to ask where it was ... ignored from both the landlines and mobile numbers. When we finally got a response, we were told it had been left on the doorstep....WHOS DOORSTEP, as it definitely wasn't ours, or after looking over all the doorstep around....no food to be found! I definitely won't be using them again and as for the 2star 'score on the doors' it displays, it needs to be able 1 !!!
Really disappointed with my recent visit. The person serving was like a robot — no charisma, no smile, just very moody and rude. I was even overcharged for my kebab, and when I queried the price with who seemed to be the owner, it felt like they were just making prices up on the spot. I also ordered some chips, which weren’t added to my order. When I questioned it, I was abruptly told I hadn’t paid for them — very unprofessional. It’s such a shame, as my family have always spoken highly of this place in the past, but the standards have definitely gone downhill. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this experience was poor enough that I felt I had to.
Terrible experience. My order arrived completely wrong, several items were missing, and the food that did show up looked downright disgusting. Nothing was fresh, nothing matched what I paid for, and the whole meal was basically inedible. Huge disappointment — I won’t be ordering from here again.
This is absolutely disgusting I have put an order online and I received different order not even what I can eat I’m allergic and was sent the item I can’t eat this is ridiculous they are unsafe to be serving the community. Health and safety, food safety should be visiting after all these complaints I have not even seen one good comment is atrocious this needs to be investigated .
Placed an order from kebab ranch for £45.32 with a crunch box costing £9.50 as shown on receipt. This is what turned up at my house after waiting a total of 1 hour 40 minutes and 3 phone calls asking where food was. I said I wanted it sorting as that wasn’t good enough for the money and he said I had to wait another 40/50 minutes for them to sort something. I think it’s an absolute joke. Never had problems with kebab ranch befor but I will not be ordering of them again!
