Waited over an hour for a cold pizza to arrive. After several phone calls and being told it was on its way on all occasions. Don't lie just be honest say you are busy and there had been a delay. Honesty and clarity is the far better way to be professional and gain customers understanding. Still waiting for my refund too...after being told the manager was not authorised to process refunds as it would be deducted from his wage?!!! ... Not my problem mate I've not excepted the cold pizza so therefore I am out of pocket for no product! Be honest papa John's and you'll find happier customers!!
2 Pizzas ordered - we were given the wrong order only lucky we double checked the order and managed to flag down the driver to get the correct order - pizza was cold by the time it was sorted but driver gone by then. Not impressed one bit at these prices? 😡
Ordered as a treat but delivery never turned up. Left kids waiting and hungry with no communication. When contacted Papa Johns refused to cancel or refund the order despite such poor service.
Delivery took very long, rang twice to chase my order and all I got was a sorry. No compensation for the inconvenience. They should just say delivery in over, 1 hour. Will not order there again.
Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza in the middle of the week. Rang to chase and was told it was 2 minutes away, over 20 minutes later still no pizza. Rang to chase again and was told the driver way stuck in the rain, on the 11th Nov is was just a usual rainy November day. We were then told another pizza was being made and would be 30 minutes, taking our order to over 2 hours. When we turned it down and asked for a refund we were told PJ never do refunds. Awful service from a global brand.
