We generally buy from here.Had fish and chips last night. We ordered extra large fish x 2. The fish was tasty but extremely thin/flat. No chunkiness at all. A fillet was always nice and thick but last nights was not good I feel It seems you pay top price for less fish. Disappointed.
Maybe because it was 7pm on a Sunday but really disappointing. I ordered fish and chips with scraps, battered Sausage and chips with scraps and mushy peas. I got passed the order but good job I checked as mushy peas missing. So asked for them. I also asked where the scraps were and the girl behind counter said the scraps were in the orders. Got home, unwrapped. NO scraps in either, chips seemed undercooked and soggy and very small portion. Fish was tasty though. Will not re visit.
Who ever cooked my lightly battered fish tonight it was perfect, the batter didn't stick to the paper as it usually does, I suspect you cooked it a bit longer ? Please tell the other fryers as I usually only get half the batter and what there is is soggy

Went yesterday for the first time. Absolutely fantastic ! We had fish and chips with a battered sausage… I ordered online and when we got there our food was waiting 😁 very large portions to x
