He cut a bit too deep, didn’t tell me or show a mirror of the back. Wasn’t until I got home that I was told that the back of my hair wasn’t even. Won’t be returning.
Cannot recommend this place enough my little boy has always hated having his hair done so I have been doing my self ! Due to a holiday i wanted it doing properly and on the off chance popped in to these guys to see if they minded having a go from the min we walked they was polite and friendly they succeeded in giving my little boy a great hair cut with minimal tears! Definitely a very positive experience and we will be back! Thanks so much 👍
Completely ruined my curly hair – Do NOT recommend for curly hair I asked clearly for them to reduce the thickness but keep the length. The barber didn’t understand anything I was saying, and worse, didn’t even try to listen. Before I could finish explaining, he had already grabbed the trimmer and started cutting. As someone with curly hair, I expected at least a basic understanding or care, but what he did was completely unprofessional. It looked uneven, random like my hair was bitten off by a rat. I had no choice but to ask him to take it all off because it looked so bad. What’s even more frustrating is that I had been growing my hair out for months. If you have curly hair, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. They clearly don’t know how to handle it and don’t take the time to understand what you actually want. This was my first and definitely my last visit.
Positives of this place: seems legit, nice setup for kids, prices okay, owner seems to know what he's doing from spectating him work whilst waiting. My own experience: came here for a simple fade and beard trim. Was attended to by the attendant (not the owner, who went off for a coffee). The attendant was very heavy handed with the clippers, didn't give personal space and seemed three sheets to the wind. 20 quid for 20 minutes; not good value for the experience I had but like I say I think this was down to the quality of this particular staff member and not the place itself. Won't be going back, especially as there's about 4 other barbers within a mile radius. Verdict: like I say, seems decent enough for kids with budgies flying around too. They need to improve quality assurance of their staff though, and go above and beyond, especially with so much competition in the area. 🤷♂️
Great cut, reasonable price and the first time I have had a cut and not felt itchy afterwards. Best in Bingley already.
