I have been coming to Lauren for my toes and eyebrows for a few months now and I have met a true friend! She is so lovely and welcoming and always does a perfect job.

Had a full body exfoliation and massage with Sophia....that girl is a magician! Give her a pay rise!!! The most amazing massage I have ever had. I will definitely be returning!

My first visit was great and I thought I'd found my new eyebrow place however my second visit didn't go as well so I don't feel I can return now. I was 3 minutes late due to temporary traffic lights that I wasn't aware of and when I asked if I could also get my upper lip quickly waxed too, the therapist who is a trainee told me rather harshly no due to me being late and that she wouldn't be able to. I accepted this however she proceeded to rush my eyebrows too and made some mistakes with tidiness and an additional gap which when I questioned she said it was there before.. I tried to explain that there was a bit which looked like it needed tidying up however again I was met with a rude response saying well I can't see it because you are holding the mirror. When I moved the mirror she didn't offer any reassurance or offer to amend. I didn't then feel comfortable to make any further requests so I left. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable to return either.

I have just had a Facial with Vicky & it was the best Facial i've ever had. It was the most relaxing 1 hour i've had in a long time & the massage was amazing!! 100% recommend Vicky. Re booked & looking forward to the next already. Xxx

Never leave reviews but after having the Anti- ageing advanced Derma Peel. My skin looks and feels amazing. Several people have commented on how good it looks. Katie, the therapist was lovely. Recommended to anyone who feels the need a skin boost to try this.
