Oak Glen Surgery

I’ve had a consistently good experience with this surgery and every staff member I’ve encountered. I especially want to highlight Hannah and Dominika on reception. They regularly answer the phones and are consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Anyone who has dealt with the NHS knows this isn’t always the norm, so it’s hugely appreciated. Calling the surgery doesn’t feel like a dread because you’re not made to feel like an inconvenience. It honestly makes such a difference. I work in the NHS myself, so I’m very aware that praise is often scarce while negativity is not, which is why I felt it was important to write this. Thank you.

Whilst (with others) trying to help a lady with first aid who had collapsed on Warren Lane this evening, Dr Graves pulled up and offered her services. Very impressed with how professional she was, reassuring the patient and kept the family involved whilst waiting for an ambulance. Well done Dr Graves you are a credit to your surgery!

I signed up as a new patient today. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. Lovely new building with plenty of parking.
