I found the Hunters Bingley team extremely helpful with the sale of my late mother’s home. James was very professional with his advice and taking the photographs and preparing the sales particulars and Olivia also in arranging and organising the escorted viewings and keeping an eye on the sale progress. The property sale was agreed subject to contract in 10 days with the perfect purchasers ! Will certainly use the Hunters team again - thank you to you all Am currently sorting out them taking over the day to day running for the rentals we own too

Hunters stepped up for me when I was getting nowhere with the other agents I was using. They were extremely professional and they qualified prospective buyers before sending them for viewings. They found my buyer within a week and the whole process from viewing to completion took just 9 weeks!!! We were kept up to date through the process. We are now settling in to our own new home. Could not fault!!! Thank you so much 😀

Although I haven't rented/purchased/sold a property through Hunters, I just wanted to share my experience with them. The other week I contacted Hunters to arrange a house viewing. I promptly received a call back from Olivia, who was very polite and friendly on the phone. After we viewed the house, I put an offer in. It was the first time I had ever done this but Olivia was so lovely on the phone she made me feel at ease instantly. Unfortunately, the seller declined our offer, and my partner called Olivia yesterday to put another offer in but the property had sold. We have submitted a few expressions of interest to various estate agents within the area, and I have to say Hunters have been the only one worth a 5-star review! Only one other has got back to me... 3 days late, with only one viewing date (but that's another story for another review)! The whole experience leaves me with a lot of confidence in choosing Hunters in the future. I hope we end up successfully finding a property through them!

All members of staff were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. In particular, Olivia who handled the negotiations professionally, and efficiently. With regards to the sales progression, Aimee was very professional, and kept us informed. All in all a very good team.

It was a pleasure dealing with the team as a property purchaser. We had a few challenges along the way due to our appalling choice of conveyancer. Olivia dealt with these promptly and kept everyone informed with a smile, when I was grimacing. Every contact with the Hunters team at Bingley and Shipley was met with professionalism and friendliness, in these times where good customer service seems a thing of the past, this was refreshing.
