Premier Lettings

Service to landlords getting worse and worse. As a lettings landlord, I used Premier for 12 years. To begin with the service was ok (not the best) when Matthew was there. Eventually I moved to a local estate agent instead to manage rentals as Premier did not return any calls or emails and I had to chase them every month for the basics (like transfer the rent to me). I DO NOT recommend Premier Lettings in Bingley.

I had always known renting to be tedious, especially for new foreigners, until I met this team. They are kind, honest and very professional. The best I have seen in West Yorkshire. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I’ve rented for five years or so through Premier, they’ve continued to be genuinely friendly, extremely helpful and to be blunt they put people like Hunters to shame. I recently had to move as my previous landlord had to sell. Lee & Emma at Premier were brilliant at helping me out, finding me a new lovely place very quickly. Definitely a company with the personal touch. Highly recommended. Conversely, a few years ago through Hunters, I was also in a place where the landlord had to sell. Hunters were callous, overly litigious and certainly not sincerely interested in finding me a decent place. Anybody local looking for a decent managing agent, Premier are the people to see.

We have rented our home from premier for almost 4 years from first viewing to our final appointment Emma and Lee have been brilliant always wanting to help us out. Including during covid and allowing us some wiggle room for our wedding by delaying our rent for a few days. When we handed our keys back our bond was released the morning after in full. Sad to be leaving but would be more than happy to rent from this company again and highly recommend.

We went to view a property advertised with Premier Lettings. The woman that showed us around was clueless. She had about 7 viewings booked in that morning. After we showed ourselves around as she hadn't seen the property before that day, I asked her how they made the decision as to who would be chosen to get the tenancy, to which she replied "I don't know ". After 2 more phone calls to them we are still waiting for a call back. This is 3 weeks from our initial viewing. Terrible service, would not recommend them at all. Thankfully we have found somewhere now. 1 star is too much for them!!
