Cottingley Pharmacy

Really poor customer service. Sent a text to come and get part of a prescription that was owed, so I went the same day. I waited for a long time for them to look for the prescription, including whilst a member of staff called another to find out where it was. The member of staff on the other end of the phone spoke rudely to her colleague, and it was unprofessional that this could be heard by me. The explanation was then that the text was sent in error and there was no explanation at all as to where my outstanding prescription was. We moved from this pharmacy to another ages ago because of this sort of thing and the rude customer service, but the prescription was sent there by an out of hours GP this time. I will be saying a firm “no” to this pharmacy next time!

I’ve had enough of this pharmacy. I’ve been given the wrong tablets that would have killed me. They don’t have the stock of tablets that I need. This causes multiple trips by taxi as I’m disabled, That staff are rude, useless and haven’t got the first clue about customer service. I would give them negative stars, if that was a thing. Please avoid at all costs.

There seems to be lots of staff but no one to serve never have all the meds needed. The service is so slow!!! Didn’t even give me the correct number of tablets. I would highly recommend not choosing this pharmacy terrible

Service really slow. Went to collect a prescription and waited half an hour before being told "It's not come in, can you come back tomorrow" Fair enough if it hadn't come in, that's probably beyond their control. Don't see why I had to wait half an hour to be told this.

I agree with the comment below- this pharmacy seriously needs reviewing as a whole. Extremely poor customer service- disrespectful, unhelpful and rude staff. Incorrect/ missing medication not received for weeks. Also some medication (capsules) received have been split and damaged on several occasions. An unreliable service.
