Wardrobe Doors Direct

We have just fitted our new wardrobe doors and are delighted with the result. Having an old Cornish cottage, the prospect of fitting a new wardrobe was a bit daunting, but Adrian, from WDD, was very helpful and always quick to respond with advice. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful and efficient and we would definitely recommend this company. Top quality doors at a reasonable price!

Excellent service from point of ordering double checking i had the right measurements and fixtures. Arrived on time by a friendly helpful member of staff . All the components were of high quality and with excellent instructions online made the whole experience enjoyable. I've had three sets of doors from this company now and I've been very happy with what I've got. Did my research and these guys were the best value and great quality which is why I've been going back. I'm a semi competent DIYer and I've done all three without a problem. I'd say the hardest bit is cutting the top runner if you don't have a bit of wood to support them already. Maybe something to include?? But that's very minor. Great customer service when I had a slight issue with a door sliding open as the track is glued directly to a tiled floor that isn't quite level (old property). It's more of a room divider so I didn't want to line the bottom as the instructions suggest. I called back up and have been very kindly sent a wheel positioner. This is top service, thank you! Next time I move I will be ordering again from this place.

Wardrobe Doors Direct is one of those rare standout companies you come across, and I will definitely be using them again if I need wardrobe doors or other types of sliding doors. I have been nothing but impressed all throughout my dealings with them. From the beginning - when researching where to get some custom made sliding wardrobe doors, their website is packed full of useful information which was really helpful to me when building the area for the wardrobe (this was the first time I had done it, so it was an invaluable resource for me). Whenever I had any questions, they were super helpful whenever I called them, and always polite, professional, friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I previously ordered some built in wardrobes from a well known company whose name is the opposite of “blunt”s, and I wasn’t happy with my experience. The sales person was pushy (trying to close the sale), the fitter had a very bad attitude, and the design wasn’t the best as there’s a big obstruction at the top of the front so it’s not easy to get things out of the top shelf. After the bad experience I definitely wasn’t going to use them again, so I decided to do the project myself. Wardrobe Doors Direct are not pushy at all. They have never called me just to try and close a sale, so I really appreciate the non-pushy approach of them. Yet they are always on hand when you call them, and very responsive. Their 10 year warranty is also very reassuring and one of the best warranties that I could find against other competitors who often only gave a 2 or 5 year warranty. I always think if a company offers a long warranty they must have a lot of faith in their product, which sealed the deal for me to go with them. The delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the delivery driver was friendly and super helpful and even helped me up the stairs with them, although they do say that this is up to driver discretion. The installation instructions are very easy to understand, and I am very impressed with how they look.
