I approached Rachel a few days ago to see if she could commission me a specific hand made wrapped angel aura quartz necklace. I had a good idea of what I wanted and wow did she deliver! . Excellent customer service from start to finish. Rachel helped me choose a specific crystal from a large selection at her showroom and even gave me the option of ordering more in if I wasn't sure. She provided and discussed many options of wrapping and what the finished product would look like. I was simply blown away by the end product. It's better than I imagined and I love it . I initially ordered a black obsidian Necklace and I fell in love with it. The necklace was gorgeous and so beautifully packaged. I placed another order for a carnelian necklace as I wanted to layer it with the obsidian. Rachel listened to me, and created a stunning carnelian necklace! I'm on top of the world!! What a beautiful peaceful space created to allow people to shop for crystals in a quiet and chilled environment. Doing even realise we had been there an hour! The product quality is fantastic and any questions were answered. I can’t wait to go back..
