The access from the car park to the shopping centre is not suitable. The lift is out of action still and the escalator which has not worked for years is a disgrace. There are lots of steps which make it difficult for older and disabled people to access shops. It's time the situation was resolved but instead it is ignored.
The lift is constantly broken or not in use. As I am disabled I cannot use steps. There are other people who need the lift mums with prams or pushchairs, wheelchair users etc.
You'll find a few retail outlets worthy of your time if you visit 5 Rise. No huge megastores, just useful small retail units. Greggs, Co-op, Home Bargains, Card Factory amongst them. Enjoy your visit to Bingley. There's everything you need on a modest scale.
