Does not even deserve a star, had my parcel delivered here, went to collect it and rudely told to rummage through 30 other parcels told them it wasn’t there and again I was told to look again rudely. Eventually someone looked in the back and surprise surprise my parcel was there. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARCELS DELIVERED HERE!! Rude staff and ridiculous system!!

Pointless taking any DPD items larger than a shoe box as they complain it’s too big even though DPD say it’s fine. I had to run around trying to find another drop off point as these guys at Cleggs were no help at all!!

Pointless having DPD drop off advertising upto 8pm but the shop shuts at 7.30pm ... You need to update your Google listing to the relevant times and stop wasting people's times cleggy

Bulldog chewing a wasp on the tills. It was a real effort for them to muster any degree of basic customer service and interaction, they looked pained to do anything besides stand still and take your money.

Local shop, never known owt like it, being asking for summat for over a week, keep getting told it's on the list, still not got it, what is the point. USELESS!!!!!!! And it's not the first time.
