The store in Harrogate Road is not bad but one particular staff member was extremely rude to me I returned a item with no receipt but was already told by customer service I could return for a exchange but the staff member just plainly said no with no explanation so after I told her I could she ended getting the manager in which he said yes I could. The lady staff member should definitely not be working dealing with public
It was alot better then previous visits,I think this store is the biggest Matalan I have ever been in and they was alot more stock on display,plenty of parking and the disabled spots as well,only downside was the car park needs a good clean up it definitely hasn't been cleaned up for many years especially against the walls inside the store it was very well organised and clean.will definitely go back
Staff were very helpful, but a worker tobias had quite a poor odour and probably needed to take a shower. Good service
We visit this store every few weeks taking advantage of their massive sales & discounts . Always great choices for all the family . Lots of free parking .
Haven't been in ages but after just having been to Primark the prices are similar but better quality👍
