I am not prone to congratulating people for doing their job. I think an ex pressing of thanks at the time is sufficient. However, I was dealt with by Kyle at Bridlington on 13 and14.11.24. He was helpful and understanding of my lack of knowledge. He went to great lengths to resolve my difficulties even to the extent of providing a critical path to resolve the issues which couldn't be dealt with in store. He is a valuable employee. You should work to keep him. Many thanks to Kyle.
Got a phone from them, got told they can sell me the contract and the phone but any help with the phone I should go into an o2 store to get that sorted because Tesco use o2 as far as I know Tesco mobile only piggyback from o2 which means o2 is completely irrelevant to this, the o2 store wouldn’t deal with my issues as we didn’t purchase from them which actually does make sense, shame on you Tesco store you are lazy as anything and only care for your commission
Just been in to Tesco’s to upgrade our phone contracts must say that they’re staff are friendly and excellent very impressed
