Went today to upgrade my phone. 2 lads in tracksuits sat talking loudly about cars and holidays. They totally ignored me and I was there for over 10mins waiting,with no one else in the shop but me.. Needless to say I walked out.... Will take my business to Batley instead

Young male staff member working here today 8/04/24 offered absolutely no help to my grandma when she went in to purchase a new phone this morning. All she needed was to know how to fit the sim card and to have the same number transferred with all of her contacts. This should be the most simple of tasks for someone working here but instead made a reason of not being able to do that due to ‘privacy’. Went to the tesco in King Cross, Halifax and they sorted it on the spot for her, 10 minutes is all it took. Very disappointing, made a older women feel very disregarded.

Checked the website for closing time which said 7pm. Arrived at 6.30 to find it shut and note on the door with closing time of 6pm. Very annoying having travelled to get there in time. Please update your website .

Bought IMO phone, Will not download Apps i.e. WhatsApp. Cannot get through to anybody to help. Keep giving me a phone number that rings twice then rings off. Fed up of spending money ringing tesco to sort problem...Useless/
