We use costa all the time ... love the new one in castleford... staff pleasant and polite.... Sunday 11th January young girl ellie i think her name is ..... she was on her own due staff illness I believe... she was very calm very polite and dealt with a very long que in a very professional way .. she was a star 🌟 and she deserved a mention... well done Ellie xxx
Very friendly staff, but the baristar's need retraining to make sure they do not scold the milk. My wife and I burned ourselves on our coffees indicating they had been made far too hot. Other than that core issue, the experience was nice.
Atm your Google tag is wrong place. I sorted it out. U in carpark not back st of sager st. Staff are friendly place is nice. ( atm new build) don't know if u a franchise or management is Costa is self..
