The abiding impression of the store is the staff, who to a person, should not be in proximity to any paying customers, Uninterested, no engagement and no attempt to add anything to enhance a customers shopping experience. In short they lack the aptitude to be retail sales people. Robot assistants can not come soon enough and I am sure when they do they will have much more personality than the 3 members of staff we met this afternoon. And why it needed 3 people to be curt to customers is not clear. Surely, they could have managed with just one of them! The working day for these members of retail staff must really drag given they make no attempt to do anything proactive to make their job more interesting and customers more satisfied. A miserable retail experience that would have been better carried out online.

Jesus Christ, honestly if you can justify £153.00 for not even 3 minutes with a vet and a prescription flea tablet, you have more money than sense. When I spoke to a different vet apparently when I booked my dog in the day before i was told the flea tablets on sale in the shop and cheaper and are just as good as the prescription tho low n behold it was a different story that they are not any good off the shelf?

We purchased 4 gerbils today and although me and my son had done a lot of research, Morgan the young girl that served us talked us through all the things they would need she was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was so patient with my boys!! Such a sweet girl. We came away happy and confident we had everything we needed to know about our new pets thank you!!
