I always come here for my dog food they are really nice and will help u with anything. Always help me with my frenchie to try on stuff while playing with him and giving him treats they got a great team working here.
Refused purchase of some tropical fish due to living 45 minutes away. I have kept tropical fish for 20 years plus and this is the first time I've been refused. Much to the extreme disappointment of my 3 grandchildren. If this is due to policy here it is: If the fish is bagged correctly (1/4 water 3/4 air) then the fish can be in the bag for quite some time. This is how fish are shipped around the country and the world. If the fish is in a bag for an extended period (6+ hours), do not open the bag until the fish go into the tank and DO NOT put the bag water in the tank. The rude assistant I spoke to didn't have a clue!!! Fuming!
Had my fenchies nails trimmed he can be very stressed having them done but the 2 members of staff cut them with not to much trouble and lots kindness def recommend
Staff are always happy and helpful, the Rabbit Hay and food is cheaper than Amazon, so I go here for a bargain. Loads of other pet items, food, incl. Dogs, Cats, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, Rats. They also have a few pets to adopt in store, namely Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Rats, Fish. Plenty of parking. Please click the like button ✅👍🤩
Staff are always really helpful. It isn't the cheapest place but the staff are really knowledgeable
