The staff here were absolutely lovely, you could tell that they really loved the animals. I was skeptical about going to pets at home as opposed to a small business but I was limited on options. They gave me lots of advice and I went home with a lovely Guinea pig to pair with my skinny pig

This store has sold 2 rats, out of a pair of 3, leaving the brother behind. PAH, you know rats are social, and they were already bonded so you should have made sure they all went together. Shocking behaviour by a company that should know better.

Manager authorised staff to split a trio of 3 male rats, leaving 1 lone rat behind. This should never of been authorised knowing full well, rats are socialable animals and need to live in pairs or more. All 3 should of been sold together and not split up. I've never seen such a sad looking rat. Thinking of their pocket and profile before the welfare of their animals. Poor management PAH!!! 😡.

Staff are absolutely lovely but one of the enclosures with hamsters had some kind of gunk or mould at the back, and there was a dead fish in one of the tanks that looked like it had been there for a long time. Makes me concerned for the pets they’re selling!
