My dog is so excited to get there, so much so, he knows where his food is and his treats. At check out he checks every til he finds the treat giver.
Took my frenchie boy in for a nail trim he hates his paws being touched unlike our female one I said that when making rhe appointment and they said to pick a day 2 of them were there one to keep him calm while his nails were trimmed by the second one although he got pretty upset they def made the process a lot easier amd great price def will be using them again great staff and shop
On the expensive side but allows in pets, which is good if your looking for items for it, not staffed very well so wait times for help are frustrating
It's expensive but quality dog food. Always get asked if I have a loyalty card but never get offered one.
I took my 11 month old german shepherd to the groomers for the first time and the staff there were absolutely fantastic, the same can be said for all the staff at this branch. I could tell from the start that they genuinely care about the animals as my dog won't even let us touch her paws to trim her nails however the groomers had no issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be bringing her back.
