Phil demonstrated impressive collaborative problem‑solving skills while locating my parcel, which had mistakenly been delivered to another address. He resolved the issue within minutes, and I received my parcel the very same day—exactly as he promised. Throughout the interaction, Phil was polite, friendly, and highly professional. Before assisting me, I observed Phil helping another customer who was concerned about missing a parcel delivery due to being out all day. Phil acted quickly and efficiently to ensure the customer would not miss the delivery. The gentleman left visibly reassured and expressed sincere gratitude for Phil’s help. Given the above and the previous reviews about Phil on your website, I trust that the CEO of Royal Mail will recognise Phil’s outstanding efforts and reward him appropriately for consistently going above and beyond.

I’d like to share my appreciation for Safi, who helped me today after I missed an important delivery this morning due to the sender not paying the postage. Safi was incredibly approachable and friendly throughout the entire interaction. If I could give 10 stars I would! Huge shout out to Diane who delivers to us. We were waiting for delivery of my sons driving license as he was due to sit his test. It didn’t arrive the day before however, Diane allowed us to come to the sorting office the next day to see if it had arrived. Diane had forewarned her manager in the office Phil- and went through the post and found it in time for him to sit his test! Diane went over and above and was amazing. Thanks Diane. You are a star!
