i was served by jo, she was lovely! so friendly, she’s an absolute star. the store was clean and tidy, no dirty tables or cups about, the counter was clean and organised, she’s a total credit to the store 💕
Says it’s open until midnight on Sunday. We arrived at 10:00pm- doors locked. Don’t you people know how to update your hours on the internet? Maybe it’s time to do that. Weirdos
Very comfortable open plan Starbucks branch; easy to access from M1 J46
I have just been served by the two most heart warming and kind people ever! They have truly made my day, I walked in and apologised for leaving it so close to closing, they were patient, took my order, made my drink, they were helpful regarding the Starbucks app and overall; they just had beautiful and loveable customer service. I didn’t get their names however I ordered at 19.41pm Wednesday 2nd July and my order number is: 2290. Please give them a great big thank you from me! I am a very happy girly!
Staff are very friendly and polite. There is loads of drink and food options. Very dog friendly. Offered my two dogs a pupachino which they loved.
