Came to return a pair of kids school shoes which we bought less than 6 weeks prior and had fallen apart. Rude manager, she told me its normal because of the rain and cant be returned. Took to another store and they took them back without any issues

The five stars I’ve awarded are for Isabelle who served me this afternoon. She was literally doing the work of three people! Serving a line of customers and overseeing the changing room which was a task in itself. JD Sports should have better staffing levels and not rely on the conscientiousness of a young lady to literally run a store single handedly. A huge thank you to Isabelle for not only professionally and politely serving me with a smile but also for showing the younger generation is very capable.

Bought adidas predator boots for £220. They developed a fault after 3 weeks of use, a tear between the eyelets. Sports Direct told me this is “normal wear and tear” and refused to refund or replace even though adidas offer a 6 month guarantee for manufacturing defects. Terrible customer service.

Brilliant service from the assistant manager, very helpful with what I needed. Shop atmosphere was really good too.

Lots of sales and offers. Quite long queue and there was only one staff at counter and two at the entrance 🤔🤔
