All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, towels are not provided. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking. Private patio areas and shared use of mature south-facing gardens. One small well-behaved dog welcome ( owner may consider an additional dog upon request). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.
