All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, towels are not provided. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking. Private patio areas and shared use of mature south-facing gardens. One small well-behaved dog welcome ( owner may consider an additional dog upon request). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.

This was our 3rd stay at Laurel Bank and again we weren’t disappointed.

The house was in a location close to Skipton which meant we could go out for the day without having to travel too far at all.

Overall our stay was good however just some areas of feedback, the chairs in the dining room (one of which was broken) should be replaced as they are not sturdy.
