Good variety of clothes, took my niece and all the sale clothes were the perfect height for her to go through in the children's section. Good variety and the layout is okay

Love this store and staff so much I feel compelled to write this review. I’m quite surprised and disappointed by the latest review as my experiences as a black person in this store have been absolutely fantastic. I never feel like I don’t belong as a H&M customer. I’ve never felt like staff are following me around as if I’m about to shop lift, sadly as a black shopper I’ve experienced been judged many times. H&M have celebrated black culture and history for as long as I’ve been a customer. I’ve also observed the staff at this store go above and beyond for shoppers who are different/elderly/neurodivergent/disabled and even simply confused shoppers buying for someone. In a world filled with such hate and prejudice to simply indulge in a bit of retail therapy H&M are ALL INCLUSIVE! Thank you for always showing your love and support to my community.

⭐️ 1 star I’m really disappointed with H&M. They advertised that their kids’ sizes went up to 14, but when I got to the store I couldn’t find a single thing in kids size 14. The section was almost empty, and there was nobody upstairs to help me either. I was taught to be honest, and honestly the whole experience was frustrating and misleading. I won’t be shopping there again unless they fix this.

Do not recommend, the staff are racist and treat anybody of colour like criminals, following you around and gossiping about you amongst themselves. The staff are disgustingly rude and get mad at the customers for their errors, the staff do not take tags off items and when the machine beeps they get mad at customers and treat them like criminals. Even threatened to call the police on us for absolutely nothing instead of accepting their own faults, genuinely terrible experience, do not visit here unless you’d like to be harassed. Awful customer service, they do a great job at making people feel unwelcome.

This is a really busy store but the staff always manage a smile and are very helpful. I needed help and advice and was given this without pressure. Lovely experience-Thank you
