H&M

I’ve visited this H&M many times over recent years. As it’s one of the first stores you see when you enter the shopping centre it usually has really good window displays and that’s what draws me in, even when I’m really heading to Tesco for a food shop😹 I like the way the store is organised: it’s light and bright with plenty of room for moving around the different sections. I’m a fairly standard size 12 so I can usually find items in my size. Love the current range of colours. Staff are friendly and helpful although a little think the ground.

Didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me decide on style and sizes today. But a great help and asset to the Hull H&M team. H&M is usually my goto for clothing whether in store or online, so it's always great to have a positive experience in store.

I had a very positive experience with Wendy today. She was kind and incredibly helpful. It was very pleasant to deal with her.

*Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff Member* I recently visited this shop and was left disappointed with the behaviour of one of the staff members. While browsing the store on the 2nd floor, Unfortunately the staff member who was extremely rude and unhelpful, i was wearing gloves it was rainy and freezing outside. She thought i was stealing gloves and following me closely, which made me really bad, and after a while, she asked me, "Is it our gloves?" while i was in the store next to the 2nd floor counter. What a shame ! As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, especially from staff members. behaviour fell far short of my expectations and left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and addresses this issue. Until then, I would caution others to be prepared for a potentially disappointing experience. *Rating:* 1/5 stars *Recommendation:* Improve staff training and customer service skills to ensure a more welcoming and helpful experience for customers.

Finally found a denim skirt the right length. Sizes not good had to go up two sizes to the skirt I was wearing. Price reasonable. Very clean looking store. Don't expect to find any staff if you need any help they all stood talking at the till all four of them. Went to pay but you left stood there even though there wasn't a queue. They too busy chatting to bother about customer services. It was definitely a chore for her when I asked for a bag. Not a pleasant shopping experience
