Nothing too bad to say. Quite a small range of items, and mostly smaller things such as stuffed animals, and copious amounts of candle holders. Doesn't feel as complete as Next Home or other stores' home sections but it's worth a browse if you're looking for some small things as a gift or to add to your home. Connects through to the regular H&M store at the rear down a couple of steps.
Went in to buy towels this morning and Sakiya was incredibly rude. I asked to speak with a manager and she asked why and I said because you have been rude. She refused to call a manager and told me I could go to the other area of the store to find one. I did speak with a nice manager but Sakiya did not provide a level of friendly service you would expect and I will not shop there again. There are too many options where the service matches the prices.
