The female Asian security who wears a headscarf is really aggressive in the way she checks bags when the alarm beeps, especially when items are from other shops in town. She picks and chooses who she pulls to the corner, which can be very humiliating, especially on a Saturday when most of the people you know are in town. She treated me like a criminal. Needs further training how to communicate with the public. Additionally the pharmacy is very very slow takes a life time collecting medication from thus store!

I sure do love being told that I shouldn't be taking a medication I've asked for that I've been prescribed in the past for the same medical condition, If the other options worked I would have asked for them.

Yesterday 2nd July I called at the Halifax Boots store needing to speak to a pharmacist, after only a couple of minutes a lovely lady (staff) asked if she could help she took me to the pharmacy and the pharmacist went out of her way to help. I would like to thank the staff for their support and customer service it was excellent, and I thought customer service was a thing of the past I was definitely wrong. Sincere thanks Margaret.

Sami was very nice and helpful. She suggested cosmetic solution whilst I came for a pharmacy one. The treatment worked and on the second visit she helped me pick some nice make up items. Positive experience.

I've always found what I've come looking here. The staff are quick to help and suggest what they feel is best based on personal experience, so you always come away with what you came for.
