It was AMAZING!!! We went there to eat and it was really good!! We went there to eat lunch and to stay there for a while, since it was too cold to get outside, and the waiter was great!! Huge thanks to one of the waiter, which we did a photo with him, he helped us with other things, and he even gave us FOR FREE a whole bunch of French fries in a sort of cardboard box like the ones of the popcorn. We were super happy and huge thanks, again, for everything!!! ❤ ❤ ❤. If you don't know where to eat, come here!!! PD: Pay him £ 100 more! He's excellent! 😅🤣

The waiter and cooks were excellent. The burgers were juicy and the chips salty. As an added bonus, drinks could be refilled free of charge from the vending machine. It was great and I'll definitely be back. The guys at 🇨🇵.

Absolutely disasters!!! We will never eat here again Staff untrained and could not speak English!!!! Asked for a vegi burger with 3 other items did not receive vegi burger !!! Manager unhelpful and after sometime still put the wrong order through after stating no meat please !!!! We ended up with a meat burger with mushroom , we left hungry and annoyed as we had not been listened too and did not feel like a valued customer . Four staff working on new year's eve is not acceptable when uber eats takes proiaty!

The reason why I am giving this a 1 star review is because when me and my friend went 2 weeks ago we had the most harrassful experience from two male staff members - NOBODY should ever be put in this uncomfortable position. It was a Wednesday night at around 8/9pm - Me and my close friend (both age 22, females) went in to order a large meal. There were two men working, one was roughly mid 40+s, had a buzz cut and was somewhat short, roughly 5.6/8ft. The other guy was roughly the in height, abit younger, had light brown skin perhaps Indian/pakistani/not too sure! What we experienced: The guys, at first (particularly the older man with a shaven head), were uncomfortably staring and smiling and whispering to one another and kept staring us up and down (at the time we noticed but just ignored it), however we kept getting comments like "your beautiful" and they kept offering free food like an extra potion of chips for FREE and free refill drinks, which we kept saying NO to, as we started to feel VERY uncomfortable, but they gave it to us anyway. Our food also took an abnormally long time, because whenever a customer came in they would serve them and give them their food so that the restaurant would be empty, leaving just us girls and them in the restaurant! It felt like they were trying to keep us in the restaurant alone with them. We went away to sit at a table because we felt so uncomfortable with the staring. the winking, and the comments. Our order probably took 30/40+mins and when we got the food, we went to eat the food upstairs to be out of sight but we were so conscious about eating it we just put it in the bin. We were also really conscious that they would follow us home as it was getting towards closing time. We called one of our friends to come and pick us as we REALLY didn't want to walk past the counter alone.

Consistent, quick, filling and tasty. Add to that friendly staff and a clean restaurant - what’s not to like? Excited to go with a colleague as we needed a quick, decent meal after a long day at a conference, sadly they were too exhausted but I went solo anyway. A double bacon cheeseburger and regular fries is enough for any man (seriously, large fries is for sharing). And they do a nice lettuce wrap if you’re gluten free (if you’re dieting, go elsewhere!). The refillable soda is great with so many options that you can’t usually get, lemon Fanta being my favourite but cherry soda’s are there too. It did seem though that you had to stab the screen a bit to get it to work. A rainy Wednesday night in Harrogate, it was practically empty with another solo diner and some take out orders. It was calm, the music wasn’t overbearing and I just enjoyed my meal with as much Mayo/Ketchup as I wanted and left feeling a bit too full - but that’s my fault. The only thing missing seemed to be the unlimited free roasted and salted monkey nuts … maybe they were upstairs but I couldn’t move. Next time?
