Absolutely outrages. This food cost me just shy of £30 and they send it to me raw in the middle. I will never eat here again. I’m very lucky to not have eaten more than I did as this would have made me serverley ill. (If anyone reading this is debating on wether to order a takeout, let me save you trouble looking and tell you. MY FOOD CAME RAW PINK). (It even says in their website that they make their pattys well done. Absolute LIARS.)
1st Time in Five Guys today 11:57am. Not many customers in, Had problems ordering as the music was so loud, My order was to eat in.. But got a brown takeaway bag.? Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, Little fries and soda £19.75. Bun was cold, Not toasted? Patty's were lukewarm and pink in the middle! Bacon almost broke my teeth it was so hard! (bacon jerky?), And also cold. Fries were warm, Lots of salt.. Bit bland but ok. Staff seemed nice, But the guy who made the burger kept looking over at me with a "grin".. I wonder why!? I didn't do anything to upset anyone. £11.55 burger in the bin. Can't recommend at all. Under cooked food is dangerous..
Normally, you can never go wrong with a five guys but this was the worst one I’ve had. The fries were smothered in salt, the burger wasn’t smashed properly and it says “grilled onions” on the toppings but the onions were taken straight from the onion. Disgusting
What a let down..I been wanting to go for ages .the burger was mediocre the fries were bloody awful..I paid £6 for a cup full of scraps.. the best thing was the peanut butter milk shake..service was good..plus it came in a plain brown bag.. disappointed overall
This is our local Five Guys and we come here quite often. The food is always really good – the burgers are fresh, tasty, and made just how you ask. The fries are great too, always hot and crispy. The service is consistently spot on. The staff are friendly and things run smoothly, even when it’s busy. It’s just a solid place we know we can rely on for a good meal every time.
