This was my first ever visit to Five Guys, this was mainly due to the price point of the food. However I was blown away by the quality of the burger and fries, my burger was made as I had asked and the portion of fries was huge more than enough to share between the 4 of us. The bottomless drink was handy too. I would visit again but only as a special treat if I wanted to spend over £12 on a burger !

Great burger. Tried the bacon and peanut butter shake too. It wasn't too bad. My partner loved it though 🤣

Food was over priced mediocre and took 1hr to serve. The order was placed at the screen just inside the doors and paid for at that point. Little did we know it was going to take them and hour to serve, they did give us the milkshakes quickly but by the time our food arrived they were arm and rank. It made us late for the start of our movie. My advice, dont bother you can get better service and food at Wendy's on Arena square across the road.

Amazing food as always, the three servers behind the counter were very pleasant and friendly, well mannered with a smile on their face, considering it was 1230 so dinner time peak the food didn’t take longer than five minutes which is good and it was delicious as always, had family with us that were trying it for the first time and they also said it was the best burger they’ve had, huge portion of chips as per usual, never disappoints

My daughter and I popped in for tea before going to a concert at the Utility Arena. The burgers and fries were delicious and the service was quick and friendly. A bit noisy for an oldie like me but it was very clean and tidy. A handy place to eat if you're in the area
