I ordered on 24/1 at 6:45pm so whoever was on meat please figure this out and ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I paid around £25 for a burger, fries a sauce packet and a drink that arrived undercooked with raw minced beef in the centre, making it unsafe to eat. This isn’t a matter of preference, it was a food safety issue. Very disappointing for the price point. Will attach a photo, also I didn’t receive the mayo packet.
I was on the verge of ending it all ... Thought to myself one last meal... could salvage any remnants of hope left with in me. Walked in.... got greeted with someone with all the cheer and joy in the world that one could offer. He said his name was ... 'Jake' . Jake guided me though the menu like a guardian angel navigating a lone survivor through treacherous waters and torrential rain. Jake proceeded to explain each topping in detail and the subsequent feeling one experiences while devouring them. Im not really sure at this point... jake could be Jesus. Without the beard ... or bread. All in all it was an excellent experience. Stories will be told of this day... My descendants shall forever pay homage to leeds trinity Five guys and keep the stories of the one true legend alive. Thank you jake. Thank you for this experience. This burger ruins all other burgers for me. The crown has fallen.... the whopper has whopped away .... it never was 5 guys .... it was one guy ... Jake !
I made an order over Deliveroo from you and instead of sending me my shake you have sent over an order that was made at 2 pm. As they were the same flavour I assumed you have halved the drink into two smalls and sent it which was before I realised when it was made. I have no idea what kind of food safety regulations you follow for this to happen. I assume these were left on the counter as I received them already melted. What baffles me is that they were made 7 hours ago but still kept on that counter then to be handed off to a delivery driver. What kind of establishment is this??
Very helpful staff, explained how they avoid cross contamination, food came out fresh and hot and the milkshake was delicious
