Five Guys Burgers and Fries Sheffield The Moor

Came to this five guys during a busy evening period, hence this review is mindful and respectful of that. On waiting to order, I was behind a woman and gentleman in the que who were ordering at least 10 separate custom meals. Not only were they slow and unmidnful of the que behind them, but they seemingly didn't care, nor did the staff. I was waiting behind these two individuals for 15 minutes before asking the tall, skinny manager with glasses (name not known) if I could place my order at the other till which would have taken a grand total of 30 seconds. The manager point blank refused and said 'were busy' and began to tend to the customers at the till, this was while 2 other team members stood around and gawked at him tending to them, time they could have spent taking mine and other orders. His and his 2 other colleagues attentiveness to these individuals was a further 10 minutes, which again could have been divided up by having one team member take other orders on the free till. All in all, crap service for already overpriced food. The only reason I didn't walk out was due to the surrounding food shops being closed. The shop also had dozens of kids running around like a youth club screaming on top of their lungs. Something more a kin to a McDonald's experience than a five guys. Won't come back.

Amazing ! Wow! The food was so fast and not disappointing! I went with my sister and our children, we all enjoyed it - a special thanks to Mathew Barker, his customer services skill are amazing! Smiling and helping us with our order - getting 8 meals ready is hard enough but Mathew did it so effectively.. thank you! Credit to the company, Keep up the good work Mathew we appreciated your help and service this evening.

I spent £40 on two burgers, 2 chips and one drink. We received chips which were dry and barely filled for five guys standards. This is annoying when you spend this amount of money on food, however this isn’t the worst part. I am not one to complain but when you are sent 2 burgers which are pink, there’s no justification for this! I’ve ordered from here before and not had any issues so I’m not sure what’s going on there today. Unbelievable!

What can I say? Only words are probably disappointing & shameful. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and this is what I got! No cheese inside, 2 days old lettuce, no BBQ sauce, the bacon and meat was dry as cupboard paper and don’t even get me started on the fries you can tell there not changing there oil because there super dry and have a very weird texture and taste to them. This place used to be great when it opened but unfortunately over time has deteriorated, such a shame. 😔

Absolute joke never again. Worse experience the burgers was just full of grease and soggy fell apart and the bacon burger had no bacon on so I went over to ask about this and the guy just gave me some bacon cold in a metal container. The chips were freezing and just chucked in the bag. I asked the staff why was my food that cost over 30 pounds just a mess the bloke just shrud his shoulders. In the end I gave up left and just thought I'd leave a 1 star rating because of the price. It's just a glorified MacDonalds.
