Herons food hessle square have very friendly and helpful staff and the shop has everything I would need and also good value for money. Final the shop it self is very clean and well stocked and organised. I would recommend herons food hessle Square what a great shop to have within the square

Was served by tracy and her customer service was appalling , an item was the wrong price and rang up more at the till so i couldn’t afford all my items anymore so asked her to take one item off and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. The attitude that she expressed towards me was wrong and unnecessary

Good choice of good and bargains. Staff are variable. I've just been in tonight and the staff were talking about customers very loudly... not very professional. It's much better when that guy Sean used to work there... he was really helpful and customer focused.
