The food was very high quality fish and peas 👌🏻👌🏻, “seems like a nice guy id definitely go back if in the area again. (I didn’t order chips he just gave me some anyway too and this potato thing) nice of him

First really nice fish supper that we got in and around Holmfirth. Batter was crisp but not rock hard, fish was cooked well with fall apart flesh, and importantly wasn't dripping in grease/oil like our prior fish was from other establishments ( I'll also honestly review them) Fish was of a good size and a copious quantity of chips came with. All round five stars for this shop *note: The proprietor also offered us lots of little fried "bits" of possibly batter? We declined this, but it might appeal to some 👍

Called lunchtime. Portion were huge. Chips a little greasy but fresh. Fish lovely. Preferred served in a tray rather than paper as the meal tended to stick to the paper. Service spot on

Old skool chip shop where there is stuff ready for you to take away. Crisp batter on my fish and tasty chips!
