Rooms at The Nook

Great stay. Steep stairs up to room, from the nook. Great breakfast

Very nice modern room, it had done traditional old beams, and features , the bed was a bit hard and only one flat pillow (no good for side sleeping) Breakfast was a bit of a disaster, we waited 45 mins and the other couple that attended breakfast waited over an hour (there was us plus another couple in a very spacious dining area). All in all not a bad visit for the price and location. 👍

Location as described but room was average - waste bin not emptied, last occupants bill print-out left. Very creaky stairs up to shower with no marking to distinguish (serious health and safety if accident occurred) it was the same in elongated walk to our room with again another step with no marking. It should also be noted there is a lot of concrete stairs up to the rooms which would have helped had we known as my husband is semi-disabled. Late night private?? party in the bar till nearly 2am the only good thing was the breakfast. Won't be returning.

Fantastic beer and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and right in the centre. Just disappointed they don't provide hairdryers in the rooms. If they had made this clear we could have brought our own.
