I can't rate this store high enough. Despite the fact that goods are always at bargain prices, they have a Rewards card too! The shop is always laid out well and what makes it extra special for me is that all the staff are friendly and approachable. The quality of the goods is comparable to pricier shops such as WHSmith and Rymans, but in my experience, you don't get the same standard of customer service as you do in The Works. When I am in town, even if I have nothing to buy, I always pop in if I'm in the area because it's such a delightful store.

When I went to pick up an order, there was an item missing. When I got home and realised this and pointed this out, they said it must have fallen out and made no attempt to replace it. I then tried to leave reviews on their website for the items I'd purchased, since they asked for reviews. All the positive ones were posted, but the review for the item I did not receive, saying as much and advising people to check their order before leaving the shop, did not pass moderation. Says everything, doesn't it?

Good range of products but the staff are most unhelpful and lack in knowledge of the products they sell and where they are in the store! Must have been some staff changes as previously very helpful. Customer service training needed!!!
