The biggest UK and EU tour is coming

Kicking off in November, this is the tour everyone has been waiting for. The European leg starts on 3rd November in Hamburg, Germany, and even includes their biggest ever German headline show in Düsseldorf, at a venue that holds a whopping 7,500 people. After warming up in the EU, Enter Shikari will then storm the UK, starting in Nottingham on 13th November.

The headline arena tour will then make its way through major cities, bringing their unique energy to thousands of fans each night. And for the grand finale? Not one, but two nights at the legendary Alexandra Palace in London on 20th and 21st November. That’s a serious statement. Joining them for this epic UK and EU journey will be the brilliant Holding Absence and The Callous Daoboys, so you'll want to get there early to catch all the action. This is genuinely their biggest tour ever, and the excitement is building for what they have in store.

What the band has to say

Frontman Rou Reynolds sounds properly chuffed about what’s coming up. He’s promising something special for this massive headline arena tour. Talking about the shows, he said, “November will bring our biggest arena tour ever. With a completely new show. I cannot say much yet but I can tell you now it will be our most thrilling.”

It sounds like they have a few surprises up their sleeves. Playing two nights at a venue like Ally Pally is a massive deal for any band, and it’s clear it means a lot to them. Rou Reynolds added, “To get to play Ally Pally two nights in a row is going to be something of a fantasy. I bloody love that building and we will make sure we have the variety and theatrics to do the place justice. The tour also includes our biggest ever Belgian show, and first ever German headline arena show, which we’re all buzzing for.”

A tour that gives back

It’s not just about playing huge shows, Enter Shikari are also making sure they support the places where it all begins. For every single one of the tickets sold for the UK dates, £1 will be donated to the Music Venue Trust. This is a brilliant charity that helps support grassroots music venues – those small, local clubs and pubs that are in danger of closing down. Think about it, every big band had to start somewhere, and it was probably in a tiny, sweaty room in front of a handful of people. Enter Shikari were actually the first band to set up a scheme like this, and since then, huge names like Sam Fender and Coldplay have followed their lead. It’s a fantastic way to make sure the next generation of bands have somewhere to play. It's a key part of their ethos, showing they haven't forgotten where they came from.

Rou explained why it's so important to them: “We’re happy to once again be supporting the Music Venue Trust with donations from our ticket sales. We will always support and fight for grassroots venues. They mean so much to us not just because we wouldn’t have made it to where we are now without them, but because they are the great bastions of community and creativity, without which, UK culture would decay dramatically. And we’d all be left drowning in the most mind-numbing corporate pop music and pointless, AI-produced drivel.”

An Australian adventure in May

Before the massive UK and EU dates in November, the band are heading to the other side of the world for an Australian headline arena tour. This run of shows takes place in May and will see them visit cities like Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, as well as a few other spots. Fans down under are in for a treat as well, as they'll be joined by the American-Canadian artist grandson as their support act. It’s a busy year for the band, taking their music across the globe before returning for their monumental European and UK tour.

How to get your tickets

Right, this is the important bit. You don’t want to miss out on this. Getting tickets for a big tour like this can be a bit of a scramble, so here’s what you need to know. For the UK & EU dates, the general sale for tickets starts at 10 am this Friday. Set your alarms now! If you're on the band's mailing list or in their fan club, you can get access to a presale even earlier. For the Australian shows in May, the general sale begins on Monday 2nd February, with a fan club presale happening a few days before. There's also a special presale for Mastercard holders in the UK, which starts at 10 am on Friday 30th January. So, there are a few chances to make sure you’re there for what promises to be an unforgettable headline arena tour.

Riding the wave of success

This huge tour announcement comes after a pretty amazing period for Enter Shikari. Their last album, A Kiss For The Whole World, shot straight to No.1 in the official UK charts – their first ever chart-topping album after a string of Top 10s. The tour that followed in 2024 was a massive success, culminating in a huge show at Wembley Arena. They even released that gig as a live album, Live At Wembley, so fans could relive the moment. The recording even features some pretty cool footage from the first-ever FPV (first-person view) drone to be flown live at a Wembley show! With a career spanning over 3,000 live shows, countless awards, and a reputation for being one of the best live bands on the planet, this next headline arena tour in November is set to be their biggest and best yet. Don't miss the sale this Friday if you want to be a part of it.
