Not too bad but never anyone on the tills only ever one person on the kiosk majority of colleagues are very pleasant but tonight the blonde haired lady on kiosk needs retraining in customer service asked for a bag to just have her point to a hook at front of the till which was empty no explanation and manners cost nothing but she seems to be lacking any at all

This B&M store is shocking. The isles seem very close together but the main thing for me is they never have anyone on the tills and expect the poor person manning the kiosk to deal with the shoppers. It takes ages to get through as the space is really limited. I agree Sutton Fields is much better and they get the shoppers through swiftly. In fact Holderness Road is amazing has a brilliant garden part on the side and they always make sure the tills are in operation.

I would give no stars if I could. Hello my name is Justin snell, I live on bransholme and you have just opened a new store, I like the store and the products, my complaint is about the staff, every time I walk into the store I'm made to feel like a criminal, I walk in and the same member of staff uses the tannoid and asks for someone to go and watch the security cameras and for security to come to the front of the store. And from then on I'm followed. As I walked in again today, he did the same thing again so I turned around and approached the assistant at the till and asked him why he calls security every time I walk in and he replied  that there were kids behind me but there was no one he was lying. I'm sick of it i've never given them a reason to think I'm a thief so he is judging me by the way I look and dress.
