Went to the Sutton fields store today With a voucher and was belittled by a strange looking human on the counter who thought it was nessacery to inform the whole store that I had a voucher from east yorkshire council Obviously this female (I think ) was inept at her job as she clearly didn't understand how to process the voucher so went on to ridicule us for some reason. I will not enter this store again as I feel angry and humiliated by this little individual with a mouth the size of the grand canyon
had a lovely time xmas shopping . this shop has it all i couldnt decide what to get everyone , mark my words had a great time choosing , i went around 19.00 which was ideal as shop wasnt packed. love this time of season however, noticed for a large store, NO TOILET FACILITIES AT All in any of them, come on B&M, get with the times xx
