Screwfix Hull - Witham

My first visit to the Screwfix witham branch. I Usually go to Sutton fields. It was quiet when I called in, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I much preferred it when they did the catalogues You could just browse through it and find things you didn't know they sold or that you even need. I am no good with computers, it's a nightmare trying to find things. The staff found the mitre saw stand I wanted from a picture on my phone, as a bonus it was on offer 25% off. Brilliant service and plenty of parking. They've also got some really nice Christmas jumpers in, the profits from which go to charity.

Shocking after waiting 7 days for a delivery which I was assured was today (wed) my roofers are sat on the job on pay so I've rung the store to be told it's now going to be Friday they have no idea why, shocking service which has cost me a morning's wages for a couple of roofers, pissed off is an understatement

This branch is really convenient, and for some strange reason it never seems that busy compared to the others nearby? Stock of some items is occasionally not as good as other stores, but not having to queue makes up for it. I tend to always use click and collect now. Works a treat and you know before setting off whether they have what you want or not. Staff are always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Can't fault the place.

You can get all you need at this place, The safety boot I bought looks cool. Really like this place.

After going B&Q yesterday and finding the staff very rude and unhelpful I walked out and went accross to Screw Fix were Dave served me. He was amazing, he took the time to help me with what I needed and also gave me advise. Very impressed and will go back there.
