Fantastic hotel to stay in. We were greeted with two warm cookies when we checked in, the staff were all great and friendly! We made our way up to our room which was faultless, and not too long after we checked our room out, I received a text from reception staff asking if everything was okay which was a lovely touch. The hotel is very clean, the room was lovely, we LOVED the bathroom so much so I’d love that bathroom in my own home! Definitely coming back!

recently attended the UKPON Conference held at your hotel and stayed on-site during the event. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received throughout my stay. All members of staff were polite, friendly, and demonstrated excellent customer care and service. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Dominic, who went above and beyond on several occasions. On my first night, when my room was uncomfortably warm, Dominic promptly assisted with sorting out the air conditioning and personally delivered a fan to ensure my comfort. On the second night, while I was at the bar, he kindly arranged for a pizza for other guests after the kitchen had closed – a thoughtful gesture that really showcased his commitment to guest satisfaction. Dominic’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests truly stood out and made a positive impact on my stay. He is a real credit to your team and embodies the values of excellent hospitality.

This hotel is a complete package, offering an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is superb, providing everything you could need within easy reach. The staff are truly outstanding—professional, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring every guest has a great stay. The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, and the quality of the food and drinks is excellent. ​I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you are traveling through or planning a special event. It is an ideal venue for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or any other significant occasion. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre. Service was fine and the bar is very good – nothing to complain about. The room cost £130 for a king size bed, and parking is available but costs £12 per day. The highlight was definitely the steakhouse restaurant – absolutely excellent! A bit pricey, but well worth it for such great food

A huge shout-out to the team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hull! I was the DJ for a wedding there a little while back, and it was one of those perfect gigs. The wedding coordinators were on the ball, the guests were amazing, and the whole setup is just first-class. It’s a venue that truly cares about creating a special day.
