Quite busy on my visit on a cool Easter Sunday. Not many seats available on my visit, showing its popularity. I had a cinnamon swirl and a cappuccino for £6.70 seated close to the entrance. The pastry was good with plenty of cinnamon, but the coffee was only okay. Books available to read, which i thought was a goos touc.
Visited Caffè Nero a few times this week and the pastries HAVE NOT been Fresh on any occasion. Please can I request that this can be reviewed. The staff are really nice and friendly.
Pastries are rarely fresh! Please have them fresh on the day! Staff are very friendly and hardworking.
Always call in for a coffee and snack when we're shopping in Ilkley ( or rather when my wife is shopping 😁 ) It does get busy but seating is usually available. Great coffee & staff.
Awful experience went in on a Saturday the place was in terrible condition the lady who I assumed was the manager had a terrible attitude and was bearly present, feel sorry for the other staff members used to love coming here on a weekend with the family but since the old staff left the customer service has gone down hill do not recommend, Nero has gone down hill in the last couple of months
