We (4) called at this costa twice today during a day out in Ilkley. Both times the staff were all polite, helpful &efficient, even when 1 of the times it was exceptionally busy. Our drinks were really nice too. (2 lattes, hot chocolate &tea.) Well done to all the staff for providing a great service &product especially while it was so busy.
The coffee was fantastic - deep notes of caramel, and I thought Whisky. The staff were lovely, efficient and the best thing, joint with the coffee, about this store. The hog roast toastie was not the best. It was a quiet day for footfall. The WiFi is fiddly; not easy to sign in and use. Gave up 5 minutes in.
Today 01/01/2026 Great experience in Costa ilkley .Lauren and Ahmed were really good at looking after me . It was really busy but their customer care skills were 2nd to none. A big Thank you to both of them.
Tea only warm, probably cutting down on heating the water. To m Poor quality tea. Can see why not many people in
