Big thanks to nicola always making the best drinks especially the caramel frap! this is definitely my new spot best atmosphere ever everyone is really friendly the staff always accommodate to my expectations and always exceed them get to shipley Costas for the best drinks nothing compares
Service was friendly and nice staff. Sadly the coffee was rushed and bitter. Plus they just make every coffee the same. Had a latte and a cappuccino and literally bit the same amount of froth. Nice store tho and nice staff.
Good selection of food and drinks, coffee is well made 👍friendly helpful staff, good levels of cleanliness, good location. Choice of seating, WiFi and plug sockets.
The girls working were super nice! Isabelle was really sweet and patient (I have a little social anxiety so it was really appreciated). The food is always nice and came really quickly.
Pleasant coffee with my nan. Food was standard Costa microwave crap. But I'd rather have a Costa coffee than a Starbucks coffee.
