All shops in keighley centre had no milk on sale. I wanted a lovely cuppa. So for the first time I went to Costa. I was served by to lovely people , lady and gentleman. Both were polite attentive and interested in my plight. The young lady who made my tea even gave me extra milk. Please dont penalise her for this. As I I have had such a wonderful experience just from buying a cup of tea. I will definitely be going there again. So nice that your staff really actually do care about their customers. Made my day.
Costa is Costa, wherever you go, whichever branch you attend it is consistent with the food and drink, being subjectively great, good, bad or horrible. Keighley Costa is no exception to this rule, what is exceptional is the staff friendliness and professional. Every visit has been a great experience with the staff being very patient and accommodating. The atmosphere is great. The food and drink as always costa quality. Love the blueberry muffins, they are unmatched. Toasties are great! If in Keighley Town, ensure to pay Costa a visit 👍
Good coffee shop in the middle of the Airedale centre in the heart of Keighley. Coffee always very good and staff chatty . They always strive to clear tables down as soon as they can. Americano priced at under £3.
I have enjoyed drinks from this coffee shop on various occasions, which were always quality and served by nice staff. Recently, I went here to buy a gift card for a friend and they were quick in explaining only one card was available then taking my transaction for it! The vibes are pleasant in here too, created by the artistic frames on the walls.
Got an oatmilk caramel frappe, well mixed, quick service, very nice 🙂
